Karen Carter

Per Karen, “It is such a great place to raise a family especially with two active boys, and you surely can’t find a more beautiful setting with the crisp mountain air and wonderful sunsets.”
Karen started her career in Dallas, Texas where she was the Marketing Coordinator for Transwestern, the 3rd largest commercial real estate property management and leasing company in Texas where they lived for 14 years.
The Carter’s moved to the east coast, to Fairfield County, where Karen’s husband was the Executive Producer for Outdoor Life Network. Connecticut is where Karen started her residential real estate career.
The Carter’s have had great success in purchasing homes and renovating them for resale. Karen also provides staging to homeowners that need that extra marketing presence.
"I feel very fortunate to have met KC Butler and join his team as his buyer’s agent. Nothing is quite like the feeling you get when you find your client the best home. I feel I have a great eye for a property’s potential, and in this marketplace, that can be a great advantage."
Hobbies include skiing, decorating, reading a book while her family fly fishes in the mountains, and planning social activities for their children’s school.
